Construction Professionals: Engineer, Supervisor, Lead & Manager, Data Center Projects
We are preparing for the next phases of upcoming data center projects together with our clients and are building a talent pool for various construction-related specialist, supervisory and management opportunities in Finland.
We are looking for professionals at different levels of experience. Future opportunities may include roles such as Construction Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Supervisor, Construction Lead, Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager. We also welcome recent graduates and early-career construction and engineering professionals who are interested in developing their careers in demanding data center and infrastructure projects.
What kind of opportunities may be available?
The scope and responsibilities will depend on the project as well as your experience and expertise. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
- planning, coordinating and monitoring construction activities in data center projects
- coordinating day-to-day site activities and different phases of construction
- coordinating contractors and subcontractors and supporting effective site execution
- monitoring schedules, quality, safety and overall construction progress
- coordinating technical designs, documentation and site execution
- identifying and resolving construction-related technical issues and deviations together with the project organization
- collaborating with clients, designers, contractors, equipment suppliers and other technical specialists.
Future opportunities may arise across Finland, with specific locations depending on upcoming client projects.
What are we looking for?
Your background may be in construction, building services, electrical, mechanical or another relevant technical field. Depending on the role and level of responsibility, we value:
- relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience
- experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure or other technically demanding projects
- experience in site activities, construction coordination, supervision or construction management
- an understanding of construction schedules, quality and safety
- the ability to read and interpret technical designs, drawings and other project documentation
- a structured, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on safety
- good collaboration, coordination and problem-solving skills
- readiness to work in an international project environment.
Previous data center experience is valuable, but it is not required for all future opportunities. Experience from industrial construction, energy and power generation projects, large-scale commercial or building services projects, or other technically demanding construction and infrastructure environments can also provide an excellent foundation for working on data center projects.
You may be at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience in managing large and demanding construction projects. We will always consider suitable opportunities based on your expertise and level of experience.
As data center projects typically involve international teams and stakeholders, a good command of English is important. Finnish language skills may be an advantage in some roles, but are not required for all opportunities.
Why join us?
Data center and critical infrastructure projects offer the opportunity to work on large-scale, technically demanding and international construction projects. As a construction professional, you can work in an environment where safety, quality, technical complexity and close collaboration between different disciplines play a central role.
You may have the opportunity to:
- explore opportunities to work on interesting data center and critical infrastructure projects
- find opportunities that match your experience and career goals
- apply your existing construction expertise in a new environment
- further develop your skills in large-scale and technically demanding construction projects
- gain experience in multidisciplinary and international project environments
- let us know in advance what kinds of roles, locations and projects interest you.
Interested in future opportunities?
When an opportunity matching your background and preferences becomes available, we will contact you and provide further information about the role, client and project.
Submit your application and CV, and we'll be in touch should a suitable opportunity arise.
