We are preparing for the next phases of upcoming data center projects together with our clients and are building a talent pool for various contract management opportunities in Finland.

We are looking for professionals at different levels of experience. Future opportunities may include roles such as Contract Specialist, Contract Manager or Senior Contract Manager. We are particularly interested in professionals with contract management experience from construction, industrial, energy, infrastructure or other demanding project environments.

What kind of opportunities may be available?

The scope and responsibilities will depend on the project as well as your experience and expertise. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

• preparing, reviewing and administering project contracts
• monitoring contractual obligations and requirements throughout different phases of the project
• managing contract changes, variations and related documentation
• identifying, assessing and monitoring contractual claims and risks
• participating in contract negotiations and supporting project teams on contractual matters
• monitoring contract performance, key deadlines and contractual obligations
• collaborating with project management, procurement, commercial teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Future opportunities may arise across Finland, with specific locations depending on upcoming client projects.

What are we looking for?

Your background may be in contract management, commercial management, construction, engineering or legal matters. Depending on the role and level of responsibility, we value:

• relevant education or equivalent practical experience
• experience in contract management within projects, construction contracts or technical deliveries
• an understanding of contractual terms, commercial risks, change management and claims
• experience working with contractor and supplier agreements
• the ability to interpret contracts and identify key obligations and contractual risks
• a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
• good negotiation, collaboration and communication skills
• readiness to work in an international project environment.

Previous data center experience is valuable, but it is not required for all future opportunities. Experience from large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, energy, industrial environments or other demanding capital projects can also provide an excellent foundation for working on data center projects.

For this talent pool, we are particularly interested in professionals who already have experience working with contracts. Responsibilities may range from specialist-level contract management to taking ownership of complex contractual matters across major projects.

As data center projects typically involve international teams and stakeholders, a good command of English is important. Finnish language skills may be an advantage in some roles, but are not required for all opportunities.
