Customer Service Representative, Uusimaa
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work as part of the Customer Service team to ensure the smooth running of all Customer Service activities for the Company with primary focus on order processing and customer inquiries. The employer is a global leader in the healthcare industry.
The position is full time and fixed term (12 months) through StaffPoint. The role is a hybrid position located in Uusimaa, Finland and we are happy to see you in our office 2 days per week.
Main Tasks
- Offer excellent Customer Service to our customers via email and phone.
- Process manual orders.
- Ensure that automatic orders are processed without a time delay, by monitoring the systems.
- Solve problems and communicate internally with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Undertake general administrative tasks and other responsibilities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and always act within data protection regulations.
- Handling product returns and arranging collections via couriers.
- Maintain accurate and up to date entries and maintenance of records and other databases as required.
- Deliver an excellent after care service and ensure that customer feedback is shared with the whole team to promote the continuous improvement of high standards of customer service.
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge across the product portfolio.
- Proactive approach to new ideas and process improvements, to enhance the experience both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Customer Service tasks, although we prioritize attributes and skills over specific years of experience.
- Quick learner - Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
- Efficient Information Seeker - Exceptional research skills with the ability to efficiently locate relevant information.
- Proactive executor - Execute tasks with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Cross-border Collaborator - Strong ability to work effectively with teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Skills in a major ERP system (Oracle preferred).
- Skills in a major CRM system (SalesForce preferred).
- Fluency in Norwegian and English. Skills in other Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Danish) are taken as an advance
- Experience within the Medical Industry or Healthcare environment is an advance
