NSG is one of the Nordic region’s largest suppliers of precious metals and has been active in the Finnish market for 6 years. Now that NSG has officially launched operations in Finland, they are looking for a Customer Support to join their journey. The NSG headquarter is located in Stockholm, Sweden but this role is based in Helsinki Central, Finland. The role is permanent and full-time. At first, the employment agreement will be signed via Staffpoint.

As NSG’s Customer Support, you will work at all levels within our customer journey toward the Finnish market. While your main focus will be customer support, you’ll also have the opportunity to take on tasks across various other areas, making this a perfect role for someone eager to learn, grow and thrive during this exciting growth phase.

Furthermore, in this role you will:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients visiting NSG's office in Helsinki Central
• Proactively assist and guide customers in placing orders and possible other questions from assortment to how the web shop is used in the best way
• Assist and support your colleagues e.g. with questions about assortment development, translating marketing materials and/or creating content for the website other digital channels for the Finnish market
• Manage other administrative tasks such as documentation
• In the future, you may also have the opportunity to assist with other tasks such as invoicing, packaging and delivering orders to clients

You are proactive and take your own initiative to drive and develop the work forward. Creativity and problem-solving are your nature: you aim to find solutions when a problem arises.

Qualifications and competencies that we would like to see:

• We would like you to have previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• You have the ability to work under pressure in an independent working environment
• You are a proactive, positive and courageous person with excellent communication skills
• You have advanced IT-skills as well as competence or at least interest into the precious metals industry
• You have a valid driver license
• You communicate excellently in Finnish and English. Swedish language is seen as an advantage.
