Do you know how to manufacture precast concrete sandwich wall elements?

StaffPoint is looking for experienced professionals for potential long-term assignments in Finnish precast concrete factories. Possible work locations are in South-Eastern Finland and elsewhere in Finland.

This is an open application for future opportunities. There is no confirmed position or starting date at this stage.

About the work

Your tasks may include:

• reading element and reinforcement drawings
• preparing and assembling moulds
• installing reinforcement and embedded parts
• pouring and vibrating concrete
• installing insulation and sandwich connectors
• manufacturing exterior and interior concrete layers
• finishing surfaces and checking product quality

What we’re looking for

You could be the right person if you have:

• experience in a precast concrete factory
• practical experience with concrete sandwich wall elements
• skills in reinforcement, mould work and concrete pouring
• experience installing insulation and sandwich connectors
• the ability to read technical drawings
• a careful and safety-focused working style
• sufficient English skills for work and safety instructions

We’re primarily looking for professionals who can complete several stages of the sandwich element production process independently.

General construction or on-site concrete experience is useful, but it doesn’t replace experience in precast sandwich element production.
