We are preparing for the next phases of upcoming data center projects together with our clients and are building a talent pool for various project and project management opportunities in Finland.

We are looking for professionals at different levels of experience. Future opportunities may include roles such as Project Engineer, Project Specialist, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Delivery Manager. We also welcome early-career technical professionals who are interested in developing their careers in project management.

What kind of opportunities may be available?

The scope and responsibilities will depend on the project as well as your experience and expertise. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

• planning, coordinating or managing data center projects or specific project workstreams
• monitoring project schedules, objectives, costs and risks
• coordinating project progress, documentation and reporting
• aligning technical and commercial aspects of project delivery
• supporting projects through different phases, from design and construction to commissioning and handover
• collaborating with clients, project teams, designers, contractors, equipment suppliers and other stakeholders.

Future opportunities may arise across Finland, with specific locations depending on upcoming client projects.

What are we looking for?

Your background may be in engineering, construction, energy or project management. Depending on the role and level of responsibility, we value:

• relevant technical or other applicable education, or equivalent practical experience
• experience in planning, coordinating, delivering or managing projects
• an understanding of technical project environments and different phases of the project lifecycle
• experience in schedule, cost, risk or change management
• the ability to understand complex projects and drive activities forward in a structured way
• good collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills
• readiness to work with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders in an international project environment.

Previous data center experience is valuable, but it is not required for all future opportunities. Experience from energy, industrial environments, construction, infrastructure or other large-scale and technically demanding projects can also provide an excellent foundation for working on data center projects.

You may be at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience in leading complex projects. We will always consider suitable opportunities based on your expertise and level of experience.

As data center projects typically involve international teams and stakeholders, a good command of English is important. Finnish language skills may be an advantage in some roles, but are not required for all opportunities.

Why join us?

Data center and critical infrastructure projects offer the opportunity to work on large-scale, technically demanding and multidisciplinary projects. As a project professional, you can combine technical, commercial and organizational perspectives while collaborating with a broad range of specialists and stakeholders.

You may have the opportunity to:

• explore opportunities to work on interesting data center and critical infrastructure projects
• find opportunities that match your experience and career goals
• apply your existing project expertise in a new environment
• further develop your project management and leadership skills in large-scale technical projects
• gain experience in multidisciplinary and international project environments
• let us know in advance what kinds of roles, locations and projects interest you.

When an opportunity matching your background and preferences becomes available, we will contact you and provide further information about the role, client and project.

Submit your application and CV, and we'll be in touch should a suitable opportunity arise.
