QA/QC Professionals: Engineer, Specialist, Lead & Manager, Data Center Projects
We are preparing for the next phases of upcoming data center projects together with our clients and are building a talent pool for various quality assurance and quality control opportunities in Finland.
We are looking for professionals at different levels of experience. Future opportunities may include roles such as QA/QC Engineer, Quality Engineer, QA/QC Specialist, QA/QC Lead, QA/QC Manager or Quality Manager. We are particularly interested in professionals with quality assurance and quality control experience from construction, industrial, energy, infrastructure or other technically demanding project environments.
What kind of opportunities may be available?
The scope and responsibilities will depend on the project as well as your experience and expertise. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
- planning, coordinating and monitoring project quality assurance and quality control activities
- carrying out site inspections and monitoring the quality of project execution
- verifying the compliance of technical installations, materials and completed works
- preparing, reviewing and maintaining inspection and test plans and other quality documentation
- documenting and monitoring non-conformances and coordinating corrective actions
- supporting quality assurance during testing, commissioning and handover
- supporting quality control activities related to contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
- collaborating with project management, engineering, construction, commissioning and other technical specialists.
Future opportunities may arise across Finland, with specific locations depending on upcoming client projects.
What are we looking for?
Your background may be in construction, electrical, mechanical, energy or another relevant technical field. Depending on the role and level of responsibility, we value:
- relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience
- experience in QA/QC, quality assurance or quality control in technical projects
- an understanding of quality requirements related to construction, installations or technical systems
- experience in inspections, testing, non-conformance management and quality documentation
- the ability to read and interpret technical designs, drawings and other project documentation
- a precise, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- good collaboration and communication skills
- readiness to work in an international project environment.
Previous data center experience is valuable, but it is not required for all future opportunities. Experience from industrial and construction projects, energy and power generation, infrastructure or other technically demanding and quality-critical environments can also provide a strong foundation for working on data center projects.
You may be at an earlier stage of your career or have extensive experience in quality management and leading QA/QC activities in demanding technical projects. We will always consider suitable opportunities based on your expertise and level of experience.
As data center projects typically involve international teams and stakeholders, a good command of English is important. Finnish language skills may be an advantage in some roles, but are not required for all opportunities.
